Join a discussion about the challenges of starting and scaling a social enterprise.  The panel will explore key issues social entrepreneurs face when establishing and growing their organization.  Areas covered will include organization structuring, acquiring and retaining talent, forming key partnerships, engaging constituents, and fundraising.  Panelists will share their personal experiences and best practices.  There will be ample time for audience questions, and audience members are encouraged to share their social enterprise ideas for feedback from the panel and audience.
